Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Core Policy

What is a turbo core?

A few products in this industry, such as turbos, have a core charge that is associated with the new replacement part.  You must return the old part to receive a refund on the core charge.  All cores must be like for like, and include all parts and pieces that were received on your new replacement product. Cores must be “as removed from the engine.”  Damaged cores from a fire are not acceptable, also cores damaged from improper removal may not be acceptable.

How would you like to handle your Core Return?

Please choose from one of the three options outlined below.

Option #1 – RETURN CORES IN ADVANCE

Customers have the option to ship cores ahead of time. Upon receipt of your Advance Cores, we will proceed with dispatching your order. Please send your Advance Core to:

Option #2 – RETURN CORES LATER

The customer will initially incur a Core Deposit charge. A complete core refund is available upon return of the old Cores within 45 days from the initial shipping date. Returns after 45 days might qualify for a partial reimbursement.

Core Return Procedure

DO THE FOLLOWING WHEN RETURNING YOUR CORE:

Use a box strong enough to support the weight of the contents.

Securely seal core/s inside a plastic bag to prevent leakage.

Use at least two inches of appropriate cushioning material to protect items from each other and the corners, sides, top and bottom of the box.

Samperio Turbo Rebuild is not responsible for cores received damaged, freight penalties, and/or lost shipments.

Once Samperio Turbo Rebuild receives the cores, it will be inspected and graded based on Core Criteria, Full or partial refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Note that Samperio Turbo Rebuild may reject cores or even pay partial credit if Core Criteria are not met.

All shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Core must be like-for-like.

You must send core complete and assembled. Missing components might affect the percentage refunded.

If the core is returned after 45 days, 50% of the core will be refunded. After 3 months cores will be accepted at Samperio Turbo Rebuild’s discretion.

Cores need to be returned to the address below with a copy of the invoice or RMA so we know whose core it is. Expect delays without that information provided.

Upfront Core Charge

Upfront Core Charge will be charged on all remanufactured products.  Once the core is returned you will promptly receive a credit to your account on all acceptable cores (see below), usually within 48 hours of receipt of core.

Return Cores in Advance

Customer returns cores in advance to avoid the core charge.  The order will ship out once we have received the core. 

All cores must be in re-buildable condition to receive a full refund of the core charge.  There are some conditions that you will not receive full credit with core criteria.  On these conditions, it is up to the manufacturer on the amount of credit issued.  Call us at 909-639-4195.

Cancellations Policy

Orders may be processed within a 24-hour timeframe. Once an order is processed, cancelling it will result in a penalty.

If an order is cancelled within the first 24 hours and before it has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee of the total order amount will be charged to cover administrative and processing expenses.

Cancellations made after the order has been processed but before it has been shipped will be subject to a 10% fee of the total order amount, to cover all relevant administrative and processing costs.

Should an order be cancelled after a shipping label has been generated, a 15% cancellation/restocking fee of the order’s total will be applied, to cover all necessary administrative and processing expenses.

We are committed to offering exceptional customer service and understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order. However, we incur certain costs in processing and handling orders, and we kindly request your understanding of our cancellation policy. 12-Month Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products, which covers unlimited mileage and is designed to provide our customers with confidence in the quality of our products. It is strongly recommended that a certified technician installs all components to ensure optimal performance.

Limited Warranty Policy

Our limited warranty policy covers electronic injectors, turbochargers, electronic actuators, and fuel pumps for a duration of 12 months. Warranty effective date is the date of shipment of the component. Please note that this warranty does not cover repairs, parts and labor items, abuse, improper installation, operator negligence, overloading, misuse, insufficient lubrication, contamination, poor maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, troubleshooting or diagnostic time, mechanics mileage, towing, downtime, loss of profit, cargo damage, or any other indirect items are not covered under this warranty.

Please be aware that the warranty for our new products is subject to the manufacturer/provider of the product, and is granted to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase and identification may be required prior to approval of a warranty.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment, and requires that the returned unit is the same unit delivered, with no signs of tampering, modification, abuse, non-original parts, or performance-related damage. No contaminants of any kind may be present, and improper application, installation, or operation are not covered.

Claiming Warranty

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our office for a Warranty Request Number and prepaid shipping label. The returned unit must be in an appropriately sized box with sufficient packaging material, and the return label must be visible on the outside of the box. Samperio Turbo Rebuild assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of warranty.

Please note that this policy may be altered or modified at any time, with notification to customers prior to implementation of any changes.

Domestic Shipping Information

At samperioturborebuild.net, we dispatch all orders in accordance with the customer’s chosen shipping method, where applicable. We are pleased to offer free ground shipping for orders exceeding $250, exclusively to customers in the contiguous United States. Please note, due to FAA regulations, flammable liquids such as fuel additives cannot be sent via air freight and must instead be dispatched through ground services. We endeavor to ship all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and National Holidays. However, certain orders may require additional time for processing, production, assembly, or procurement before they are ready for dispatch.

Expedited Shipping Advisory

Please be aware that the delivery times for expedited shipping are only estimates of transit time and do not include weekends or holidays. Some orders may need additional time for processing, production, assembly, or procurement before they are ready to be shipped.
