12-Month Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products, which covers unlimited mileage and is designed to provide our customers with confidence in the quality of our products. It is strongly recommended that a certified technician installs all components to ensure optimal performance.

Limited Warranty Policy

Our limited warranty policy covers electronic injectors, turbochargers, electronic actuators, and fuel pumps for a duration of 12 months. Warranty effective date is the date of shipment of the component. Please note that this warranty does not cover repairs, parts and labor items, abuse, improper installation, operator negligence, overloading, misuse, insufficient lubrication, contamination, poor maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, troubleshooting or diagnostic time, mechanics mileage, towing, downtime, loss of profit, cargo damage, or any other indirect items are not covered under this warranty.

Please be aware that the warranty for our new products is subject to the manufacturer/provider of the product, and is granted to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase and identification may be required prior to approval of a warranty.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment, and requires that the returned unit is the same unit delivered, with no signs of tampering, modification, abuse, non-original parts, or performance-related damage. No contaminants of any kind may be present, and improper application, installation, or operation are not covered.

Claiming Warranty

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our office for a Warranty Request Number and prepaid shipping label. The returned unit must be in an appropriately sized box with sufficient packaging material, and the return label must be visible on the outside of the box. Samperio Turbo Rebuild assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of warranty.
